I am not a food photographer, but this is so fun--basil pesto on whole wheat pasta (basil from the garden); kale, zucchini and yellow squash frittata and roasted beets (vegetables from the garden).

The kids had fun creating projects and getting judged at the fair--4-H ROCKS!

Summer's pace is swift, but I will try harder to keep up!
