Some friends and I went out to see "Eat Pray Love" last night. Being big fans of the book, we were excited to see it on the big screen. We weren't disappointed. And I was inspired by the EAT part of the movie. Well, I guess more precisely, I was inspired to cook....
...and eat. Individual zucchini galettes and gazpacho. Fabulous!
I also baked a double batch of zucchini bread. And tomorrow we will be delving into the world of pickle making. Should be fun!!
While I slaved away in the kitchen, Jim and our friend, Antonio worked on finishing laying the patio stones. Jim will do the finishing work and voila--no more mud!!
Thanks, Antonio! Now we can have dinner on the farm al fresco!
